Dmytro Donenko

Dmytro Donenko is an Of Counsel at IntLaw LLP. His practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration, representing both States and private clients in high-profile cases.

Dmytro has more than 15 years of experience in dispute resolution proceedings and his expertise spans finance, agriculture, energy, natural resources, construction, international trade, and technology. Dmytro’s work has earned him recognition as a Future Leader in Arbitration by Who’s Who Legal, a Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution by Legal 500, and a listing in Best Lawyers International.

Dmytro has coached student moot court teams at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and Kyiv International University.

Leveraging his arbitration experience, Dmytro has served as an arbitrator at the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot and the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot, and has played a significant role in organizing the Kyiv Arbitration Days Conference for nearly a decade, contributing to the growth of the arbitration community in Ukraine.

As part of his ongoing practice, Dmytro is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Ukrainian Bar Association, the Young International Arbitration Group at the London Court of International Arbitration, and the Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Dmytro holds an LL.M. in Private International Law from the Institute of International Relations at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, where he also obtained his Law Degree. Dmytro is barred in Ukraine and registered as a foreign lawyer in Germany.
